and without expecting anything in return. Just out of the pure kindness of your heart.

Once I went to a bar and that night was packed. The bartender was flustered and getting killed because it was just him, so I offered to help because I use to bartend back in school. Pretty sure that was illegal though. Helped out until it died down a little. Breh was thankful and even offered to give me half his tips.

Doing street work with a crew and Saw a little Latina lady struggling carrying bags of dishes and she had her two toddlers with her on the street. She was having to set the bags down every couple of feet. Walked over and said where you going and she pointed to a building a couple yards away and said 3rd floor. I sling the sacks over my shoulder and just trooped them up some project stairs for her left them at her door and bounced. She was thankful. I felt good.

I’ve jumped a couple people cars before.

my wife once gave this cashier $100 tip cause she was crying cause the manager yelled at her. I was mad she did that.

Recently I was on a beach at night with a chick as we were leaving saw a woman pacing round looking at the sand.

As we passed her she asked if we'd seen any keys?
Told her nope and was going to keep it moving.

But I told her we could help and turned my phone torch on and looked around the general area she said she was sitting.

After 5 mins I saw something slightly glimmering and reached down and picked her keys up out of the sand.

This woman was so thankful. As she would have had no way to get back into her place unless she got the locksmith out.

Helping the elderly, donating goods, feeding the homeless, etc. I just pass on the blessings and do stuff out the kindness of my heart without expecting any reward.

Here's a tip though if you ever feel like doing something nice. A lot of these places like Dunkin Donuts waste a lot of food everyday. If they don't throw everything away in the trash, they'll give a big ass bag of leftover pastries to the delivery driver that drops shyt off around midnight. I found this out cause I pulled up in the parking lot of this random Dunkin Donuts and saw a delivery truck dropping shyt off so I asked the driver if the store was open. He said yeah the drive thru is. I was about to pull in, he was about to leave, but he had a big bag full of donuts, muffins, bagels and hella other shyt I knew he wasn't gonna eat by himself. He asked me if I wanted it and I said sure. Good dude. I remembered that I drove through this underpass with some homeless folks on the way there though so I doubled back, signaled one of the brehs in the street to come to my car and gave them enough food to eat for the week. He appreciated it. And a few minutes before, all of that food was gonna go to waste. I don't like DD like that either but I just said fukk it since I needed to some caffeine to stay awake so I could drive home. Glad I was able to help a few people out though.
