What is the purpose of aliases?

I get that nikkas are pretending to be someone else, but some of oir more seasoned trolls have like 3 accounts and everyone knows who's who. Once your alias is exposed, what's the point?

If you handling business online you dont have time for aliases. Aliases are for folly(trolls) or for people who try to be who they arent in the real world(intellects, thugs, the opposite sex, another race).
