Worst state Ive been to is West Virginia but that probably has more to do with the fact that there is nothing going on in that state.

States that have high populations with many cities are hard to judge since each city has a different vibe and culture. NY for example, theres a big difference between the NYC metro and the rest of the state. Two different worlds.

NYC dudes probably think Jersey, and Ct are better than NY State.

Portland (besides its shytty and constantly rainy weather) has a substantial history of racism, from KKK crimes and marches in public to it's racially-motivated redlining when it comes to real estate zoning.

We get the trash from all the other states. NY, NJ, DC, Cali. All the major cities' trash moves down here. Real floridians know what it is when they see those out-of-state plates.
