What is Tidal Hifi streaming at?

I am on the trial for hifi and the music selection is not Spotify level yet and spotify peaks at 320kbps which is decent but obviously 700kbps with the correct equipment pushing the correct speakers (dont think headphones will make the cut) is going to sound better. So is tidal pushing out a higher bitrate and sound mixing/eq than spotify?

Yeah, its flac files that are 16 bit, 44.1khz. Basically CD quality.
