AJ was talking like that when she was on NXT and had no shine. The show was dedicated to getting over Kaitlyn who was Vicky's sidekick. Naomi and AJ won over fans more legitimately. Even then they took their sweet time putting AJ on television and that worked out with her being the face who marked out for heel Bryan. And they DEFINITELY took their fukking time with Naomi...even after her and AJ had that great match near the end of the season that made Kelly Kelly look like ABSOLUTE garbage since she had been around since 2006 and couldn't even do a fukking suplex. lol.
