I've seen this countless times in public restrooms and never made that connection til now, but yea that shyt is scust.On a side note, have y'all ever seen a turd just sitting in the bowl without toilet paper? Not only do people not wash their hands, they don't even wipe their ass.
One of my math teachers back in high school said he got on a plane and was seated between to European/Foreign dudes and he said some shyt along the lines of "they don't believe in deodorant" or something. He was white too.

I use toilet paper if no paper towel to open the doors and close faucets if necessary.
I notice that white folks don’t fully need wipe their ass either. Hygiene is low on list of priorities.
I works with this white boy who only brushed his teeth twice a month. He even had a girlfriend and said she didn’t mind. The plaque was caked up in his teeth and I had to tell him never to look at me when talking.
I teach my kids to protect themselves because others don’t care for their health.

The toilets at uni don't have driers or paper towels. They have these cotton cloths hanging out of a dispenser. You spin it around and it gives you a dry part of the cloth, but it's the same fukking cloth. I seen a man leave the urinal, put his hands under the tap for a couple of seconds, no soap, and then he went straight to the cotton if you're going to be a dirty c*nt at least have the decency to not pollute something everybody needs to use with your unclean penis hands 
just walk out of there without washing your hands. If you aren't using soap it makes no difference anyway
