I cannot explain the conservative position but when the right they right.
I am against abortion (especially Planned Parenthood the greatest purveyor of abortions) but make exceptions for life threatening pregnancies..

Whats to get.....Human Life is sacrosanct.

And what makes it worse is that the entire political process is like some sick reality show where people can say whatever they want without repercussions and the media rolls with it because they don't want to piss off a candidate, be wrong, and then get caught out in the cold when it comes time for interviews and such, OR be accused of having some sort of bias.

The media on both sides makes it seem like the only thing women care about is abortion and birth control. I've seen talk shows where the subject is abortion and they'll have an all or majority women panel, then when it's time to talk about the stock market and the economy it goes right back to all male
