Vaughn needs more touches, Mayo injuries plus horrible season , Bayless back to back injuries
Mayo is a rhythm player who isn't reliable, Vaughn is only a pup, which really only leaves Bayless as their only consistent 3-pt threat (aside from Middleton). They're really in need of a big who can shoot, and who can play big minutes. Which again ties into what I said above - Kidd has got to think of new ways to stretch the floor and expand the offense - all of their main players are operating within an arm's reach of each other.

They have the talent they just need time to gel and to see if all their pieces fit. Someone like Ty Lawson or Rondo would probably make them better cause it's obvious that MCW is not the long term answer though I still think he can at least be a decent point somewhere eventually. The Freak and Jabari on paper seem like a great fit but that is a pairing that I will keep an eye out on next season to see if it is truly working with a whole training camp for them to get to know each other's game better. Middleton is a keeper and this offseason you try to find a big man who can defend and rebound.
In the off season they gotta do some package to get rid of nikkas like Monroe and MCW. Bayless and Mayo can still come off the bench.

They should've kept Knight but Carter-Williams looked so good in Philly that I can see why they made that trade, he almost had a quadruple double his first game and was ROTY, he had some rough edges that were definitely obvious in Philly but everyone thought they'd even themselves out with experience but I guess not
