You're certainly entitled to your opinion but consider this; if we use this 100% rule then the parents would both need to have black parents to be considered black and so on and so forth. The implication here is that one slaveholder rape going back no matter how far up your ancestral tree makes you not black. Using this definition virtually no one is black excluding some African immigrants. Imo this does't reflect the reality of being black in the US.

With large numbers of unmixed Africans and west Indians in the US it will change how we look at the 100% SSA.
We need one standard for all of Africa's children. Somewhere where we can meet down the middle and compromise a little..but not to the point of Mariah Carey and Halle being Black like us too, fukk that shyt.
