The thing is i eat a lot of fatty foods but i never gain weighti have a fast metabolism which is a blessing in a way because i dont need to watch my weight
I could improve myself by toning up cuz i dont think my shape is that badI think im shaped kind of like the late aaliyah... but with me im smaller on top and big on the bottom as in my hips are wide but i need to work on my booty

Hey, I've competed in 3 NPC show placing top 10 in all of them and trained plenty of women who want a plump backside.
1). Do squats on the smith machine with a 5 pound plate under your heels.
2). Bent over rows with light weight squeeze the glutes at top point of the exercise.
3). Walking lunges light weight.
4). More squats with the 5 pound plate under your heels.
Do 2-3 times a week for 6 months
