Southern girls are my favorite. Tie between West Asian(India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc) and female New Yorkers as the most annoying.

English Dislikes:

• Whichever midwest US accent pronounces "there" like "thurr"
  
• Some New Yorkers accents can be annoying too. Like this Costa Rican chick i have in NY. I love fukking her but I also cant stand to hear her talk
• Boston US accent
• South African accent
• German accent

English Likes:

• Women with british accents make me wet my pants
  
• Caribbean Guyanese accent
• US North Carolina accent - I think im biased here. It reminds me of my ex who was from Jackson, NC
• I have a bit of a love and hate relationship with GA accent

French Dislikes:

• Canadian french accents - This shyt is annoying as fukk. There is one in particular where i feel them fukkas are talking from the back of their throats I'm sure my french speakers on here know what i'm talking about/
• Burkina Faso french accent - No offense but the way the speak so sloooooowwww makes it sound almost retarded. I hope all these african countries follow Tanzania's lead by dumping all these european languages (Tanzania recently banned English from their education system)

French likes:

• Guinea french accent
• Non-parisian french accents. Parisians sound very different than the rest of France. They speak way too fast i cant understand shyt they say
  
• Ivorian accents - Speaking of fast they go a thousand words a second but i'm at least able to understand them

Kreyol Dislikes:

• Kreyol from Cap-Hatien accent - all that replacing a simple "ah" with some "ay" sounding shyt hurts my ears. and all that "am" (example: Kinan am) they use is killing my ears
• Kreyol from Dominica - Domonica THE ISLAND, not Dominican republic. I dont know why their kreyol annoys me. No offense to my brethrens

Kreyol Likes:

• Kreyol from Martinique - Them martiniquaise honeys be having a breh thinking about poking holes condoms and buying rings when they open their mouths
• Kreyol Les Cayes (or Okay as some would say) accent. My moms hometown. Went to a beach over there and listening to them little street merchant chicks talk and argue and im like as they cussing each other out

I actually like the russian accent. Even tho one of my biggest failures in College was taking C++ from a professor with a heavy accent that made it impossible to understand

i feel u on that one...my c++ professor was some Indian dude...bad enough i'm learning a computer language but i also couldn't understand a word he was sayin...had to drop the class and pick it up next semester makin sure i had a English instructor...

It's barely possible to understand what they are saying. Every sentence sounds like a question, yet they have the nerve to get taken aback when you don't understand them.
