they use chicken as one of the metrics for inflation actually.

Biden said inflation is "only" 7%.

Chicken here locally has gone from $5-7 a pack to $12-15 for the same pack.

Now im not the best at math, but this is incredibly higher than 7%.
Food doesn’t get counted in inflation

That’s why that number he has been touting is bullshyt

I know it’s Whole Foods, but still..8 dollars for some damn croissants :what:
I'm vegetarian and try to always gravitate towards organic
And I never go to whole foods
That place is great, great selection of stuff, but them prices mannnn.....

On another note, if Inflation continues to rise or even stays like this then Obesity will skyrocket.

This is half true
Sometimes Economists gives you overall inflation #s, sometimes core inflation.
If it's overall inflation it does include food, if it's just core inflation then it does not count food or energy prices.
Basically if the inflation rate comes from the Core CPI, which is the Consumer Price Index, then yes that's core inflation and it does not include food or energy.
If it comes from the Full CPI then it does include food and energy, and that's your overall inflation rate.

Yep!
Or when you go to the cinema and see a fat family with a massive large cup of soda for each fukkin kid.

When I go to the cinema I don't even buy popcorn because of that butter, and it's not the same without the butter.
So I bring baby food to the cinema, yep I do!
I bring blueberry super puffs, it's yummy, low calorie and tastes great, I don't care it's baby food I still buy it and bring it to the cinema.

Almond milk went up.
