IMO, from what I've seen, people don't want to listen to it at clubs as much as they used to, if at all. They're getting pushed out by other genres.

When they started playing New Direction and Katy Perry in clubs filled with minorities and people dancing to it, I can't help but wonder what the fukk happened to Hip Hop no longer dominating the club. Its like people straight up ditched rappers and put pop singers and shoving it down our throats.

"Real" hip hop is relative, to me it's anyone speaking truth & not the bullshyt shallow verses that dominate the limelight/media.
