In NYC, the parks are "closed"

Like how do they enforce this? A lot of parks in this city don't have a fence w/ a lock and there's a whole bunch of ways to go get into parks other than the main entrances.

Like I could chill in the bushes in Central Park while its supposedly closed and odds are I won't get caught

When the weather is good the Parks are not open 24/7 either, which sucks because I always wanted to get up at like 4AM and chill in a park while the sun rises
