All of female birth control methods are trash to me. I would never use them in my adult life again. If they aren't filling you with hormones, they are potentially causing uterine damage or unbearable periods. I had a Paraguard IUD two times and I removed it myself both times. Was tired of having a 10 day period and I'm not having sex regularly anyway so there wasn't a point. Condoms just seems way more convenient.
