All yoU need is soap and water lol.

The only time my balls have ever been musty is when I haven’t washed/showered all day.

if your balls still stinky after soap and water then get it checked out.

Edit: maybe I was being too harsh and people are built differently. I just remembered that even when I was wash I still need to put deodorant on. But my balls have no scent at all. Even after gym.
