A good nights sleep.

Like getting to bed around 10, sleeping all the way through and being woken up by my alarm type sleep.

Not me I'll feel like I lost if I sleep all the way thru. To me it's best when I get to sleep early and wake up thinking it's almost time to get up but looking at the clock and seeing 12:54 or some shyt knowing I got plenty of hours left.

agree im 2 months away from 7 days in Jamaica and it helps so much.....making plans and having things to do period can make work that much better and worth it.

I've always loved the smell of a new book. Also new shoes and the new car smell. I don't buy these things often or at all.

Getting a nice whiff of fresh air during a walk is great too. Nice breeze blowing, feeling so good.

Soaking your feet in warm water with epson salt and alcohol.

Helping people, it makes me feel good. I really want to give blood again.

Epsom salt to relieve muscle tension and inflammation.

Alcohol helps reduce pain and/or swelling.

I should have also added vinegar because that's good for cleansing toxins and fungus if you have any or just want your feet to stay clean. It's good for dry and cracked feet as well as athletes feet relief. It has anti fungal and antibacterial properties so it's good to keep vinegar around anyway.
