what made people think Cam'ron & 50 Cent had nursery rhyme bars ?

i never understood why people thought they had nursery rhyme bars. Jadakiss said 50 had nursery rhyme bars and i remember people clowned Cam because of that Get Em Girls song, they considered it nursery rhyme shyt. some cac website made fun of Cam cause of that.

50 while never terribly complex never had "nursery rhyme" raps unless you count blatant money grabs like candy shop. He's much more of a song maker than a wordsmith though and has stayed pretty consistent with that style.

Cam on the other hand, in my opinion came out the pre-rocafella was easily one of the most top 5 underrated lyricists. As a big fan of his during the COC/COF/SDE era the nikka started sounding like Dr. Suess to ME. I didn't think it was a widely held opinion and didn't really care, but it seems like I wasn't the only one who noticed

Low key one of the best "beefs" that kept it on wax and had good output. They both put out dope records.

And I agree with you on Cam in his prime but that's why people took it there when he changed his style up a bit. It was more noticeable.
