Lately I've been seeing a bunch of unoriginal or wack stage names.

What makes a good stage name?

Are stage names that are cheesy cool as long as the music is good? For example childish gambino is wack af to me, but his music is dope. The name is just cheesy.

A good stage name to me is one that sums the artist up in a word or two...an acronym or if they have a cool name they can go gov't...lol...

I think as long as the music is good it shouldn't matter the name...and "childish gambino"?...that's kinda catchy to me...never thought
it was a cheesy name but it did intrigue me as to why the name...see it's all subjective...
