Personality has to be the number 1 thing for me. I've come across really good looking men with terrible personalities and it's a hugeeeeeee turn off. I've also come across guys who I wasn't attracted to but their personalities drew me in.

For example I know a mother ad daughter who look alike. But the mom is "uglier". Somehow the exact same face is expressed better in the daughter.

Also being well groomed can really elevate looks.
