But I think OP is talking about aesthetics. I think unsymmetrical faces, bad skin, signs of unhealthy lifestyle, not aging gracefully, not taking care of body and maintaining weight, etc.

I've seen people on first glance I wasn't attracted to, speak to them for 5 minutes and I think they are attractive. The opposite with people I think are physically attractive.
Good thing attractiveness isn't only based on looks, right?
But if you're not physically attractive and internally you are ugly as fukk, of course people are gonna think you're hideous.
