Hero is a Chinese film as perfectly made as anything I've seen. Don't watch the trailers or scenes because they ruin it. Low-key the message of the film is kinda pro-China propaganda, but whatever. If you're into stylized fight scenes, constant moral dilemmas, incredibly beautiful set pieces, and a well-thought-out plot that forces you to keep guessing, it's worth watching.

I like The Matrix, Usual Suspects, No Country for Old Men, and The Big Lebowski being up there too.
