So u got that natural glow :lupe:

I got the body oil raw Shea game on lock
I also take l-lysine for the collagen reproduction
Oh yes lol. And i smell soooo good every time somone comes into my office they comment on how hood it smells. Some of those oils are strong tho so you have to be careful on how much you use. I bought some cinnamon essential oil thos passed week and it masked the smell of every single oil i ever used, it smells so good tho. Im gonna make a body mist with it.

Right now I got the almond and graepseed mixed with a lil lavendar and raw honey

I also smear a dab of honey under my nuts so the heat outside will cause the pheromones and honey mixture to permeate senses
Let's sample scents :takedat:

I mean they even helped clear up my nephews cystic acne. He was kissing me and hugging me like crazy the other day screaming look at my face look at my face lol! That warmed my heart cause he's been so insecure about it and always talks about how ugly he is. Now we're working on fading the marks.

I got some recent scarring from eczema so I'm just looking around for natural remedies that will help the issue so I thought people might not mind sharing natural remedies that they know that work for sure on the body (not just scarring)

Sharing any remedies is welcomed

Before YALL say this needs to go in the salon it seems like a lot of male poster know stuff too.
I used to get eczema. I use vitamin D to get rid of it. A lot of black people are vitamin D deficient b/c our skin is designed for life near the equator in Africa.

Eczema first started being a problem when I moved to a city that didn't get a lot of sun (and I used to live in Cali). So I take 5,000 IU everyday and the eczema went away. Other benefits I notice are that my strength increased and I got fewer colds. I think there is a book that talks about how many black health issues can be linked to vitamin d deficiency.

You can use shea butter, cocoa nut oil; but what @SouljaVoy said it's your diet also. Start eating more foods rich in fatty acids like omega-3s like salmon, tuna, flaxseed oil, avocados, walnuts and etc.; because you need to stop the skin inflammation.

The doctor is not going to tell you the natural way because they want to pump you full of medicine; because they make money off of that.
thanks

Aloe Vera........ Not the commercial kind.. I mean the actual plant/stalk... Any Mexican or possibly Asian grocery store will sell them.. Hell Whole Foods even sells them now...

You gotta cut off the edges to get to the gel/sap.... Blend the gel up in a smoothie or something... Its good for your blood and digestive system. Rub the leaves on areas where your skin has issues....
u sure it makes a difference?I had some aloe Vera from gnc and it made my skin sting.

I live in Northern VA too! Summer is going to cook this year. I'm not ready for 89 degree at 11PM sticky heat we be getting:whew:. Even though it is sunny here I still don't get a lot of sun. I get in my car that's in the garage and drive to work where I park in the garage and eat lunch in the bldg.
