We aren't buying what you're selling. We know better than to believe that foolishness. Men are more open about it because women have a stigma attached to them so they won't admit it but in real life situations women cheat at very high rates. Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world for a reason. And it is largely driven by men. Many of whom are married. Men have always cheated more than women...to the point that they feel entitled to do so.

Culturally, historically, men have always cheated more. I think the internet is revealing females as sexual beings and men's brains are exploding and thus they are exaggerating female sexual promiscuity in comparison to their own indiscretions. Not saying women are innocent but it don't compare to dudes in most cases.

Women have been dealing with male attention their entire lives. It's nothing to have a male friend and never fukk them.
