Maybe 40% truly "age like milk". Y'all tend to operate in extreme.

I’d say 90% (maybe more) of people age poorly. It’s rare to see someone age like Halle Berry regardless of race or gender.

Exhibit A. There's a canyon between "age poorly" and Halle Berry.

You aren't around a lot of black people if you haven't seen what happened to alot of these baby boomer brehs with poor eating habits, not going to gym regularly and dealing with general stresses of being black in this country. And especially when you understand what the life expectancy for black men is compared to other races of men and most of the reason for that lowered life expectancy is poor health, shyt's really not funny.

I don't know but I will say that a plant-based diet is no joke, and this is coming from a carnivore-ass nikka.

My pop's best friend is 81 years old. Switched to vegetarian diet after he got prostate cancer. The dude looks like he's in his 50's.

Milk is disgusting, only use it in Coffee and even then i don't use much. Almond Milk is what i prefer.
