was supposed to change gaming forever... was supposed to be integrated to pc and change pc's forever... was forced on the xbox 1 buyers cause it was going to be the mecca of gaming


all we got was voice commands, a few leans to the left and right, NO (good) games, no third party support, and then no first party support


they go on to stop forcing it and then just quietly let it die off, as i'm not even sure they made any use of it anymore

went from top selling ever to not mentioned at all

I personally got my moneys worth with both the console and kinect. I used voice commands for switching games, to tv, volume, pause/play, recording gameplay clips, turning on and off, the list goes on. I loved the convenience but I do think all the other functions were mostly useless to me personally. I didn't even want to use it for games, I didn't stream and even if I did, the camera wouldn't be on me like that.

Yeah it's great and the visuals are amazing but with such a huge library on my steam account and a whole bunch of emulators, I don't feel as attached to any of these games like I was when I was gaming exclusively on consoles

I mainly play SFV on my PC

Not sure if the $1200+ price tag was worth it
