Being FORCED to play sports and/or go outside. I just wanted to stay inside where it was safe. Blatant favoritism.

Golden child can do nothing wrong. When they fukk up parents don't say shyt, when you fukk up it's the end of the world and you're expected to get on your knees and beg for mercy.

Literally doing everything for my tech ignorant parents and somehow I was the least trustworthy and everything I did was a given.

Needless to say I am now no contact with my family. Utterly estranged. No regrets.

For me that's a pretty unforgivable thing to do to a child: tell them they are less when they could be so much more.

when my mom started going to church regularly before that, we’d go with my dad to Sunday school and my mom would come get me after while my brothers had to stay for service, then her ass found god and started coming to church so I had to go to church
