my dad also sent my friend to check and see if I was cleaning my room….I was pretty much done and just inspecting my room when I saw that nikka and waved…he went back and told my dad I wasn’t cleaning, he beat my ass for it


also anytime my parents gaslit me or lied about some dumb shyt I couldn’t articulate wtf they were doing, frustrated the fukk out of me

This 100%. The dumbest concept ever. I knew early on that I was not gonna have a job that I needed to take home with me.

I think my freshmen year in high school was the last year I ever did assigned homework. I would literally tell teachers to their faces that assigning homework is the stupidest shyt ever. I'm here 8 hrs 5 days a week and you think I want to do 20 more minutes of this shyt at home?? fukk outta here.

Few things pissed me off more as a kid than the entire class being punished for one kid acting up. Why does the entire class have to miss recess because one of our classmates is being disruptive?

*The month of August, as a kid that was my least favorite month... and it still is.

*I never really got anything I really wanted as a kid for christmases and birthdays. While everyone else got new shoes, gameboys, electronics and etc. I ALWAYS gotten socks, underwear, cheap sweaters and other clothes that my family wanted me to wear. I never wore any of the clothes and I would put all of it in a bag to donate to Purple Heart every year.

*I hated being an only child and since I grew up in a "Kids should NEVER be seen and NEVER be heard" era I was constantly ignored by all of my aunts, uncles, cousins and even my parents at times. In hindsight it's probably the main reason I'm not close with any of my family members and they only get a courtesy "Hello" and I immediately keep it moving without any second thought to their bewilderment.

*Growing up without air condition, box fans in every window only just circulate the hot air not really cooling the house down.

-Church...If I didnt wanna geaux I would be beaten. The irony is the slave masters beat our ancestors into submission for christianity....funny

-Bedtimes on saturday....830 pm just so I can wake up to geaux to fukking church.

-Being bullied by adults cause my they knew my parents wouldnt defend me and I couldnt snitch on them cause "Adults have no reason to lie onna child." Well I got kicked outta school one day for threatening a white Latin teacher. Took thay bytch abuse for 3 months before I snapped.

-Dealing with my parents divorce. That shyt had an adverse and profound effect on me to this day. I dont understand wtf my mama was thinking taking me to my favorite spot as a kid to tell me some world shattering shyt and then telling me to get over it.

Being a kid is horrible when you got two dumb ass parents in control of you.
