If they with it, I just tell 'em to make a Garden/Veggie pizza and add everything they would to a Meat lover's pizza on their largest pie and call it a day. If they don't, two large pies of both.

I also like chicken toppings on the pizza.

And I like the crust stuffed with cheese.
