Not gonna shyt on MH2 (don't want senior coming after me :russ: )

Hard to compare because Marvin is playing on a team that has playoff aspirations while guys like Malik are being force fed on shytty teams. Malik has obviously been much better, but Marvin's numbers aren't that bad for a rookie.

Most receivers take a year or so before they're truly "ready." I remember CeeDee in Year 1 and it wasn't always pretty then either...and that was WITH Amari on the other side and a still solid Zeke in the backfield.

LSU receivers are usually ready right away (Jefferson, Nabers, Chase, Beckham etc). Marvin is much bigger than those guys and bigger than his dad. Senior obviously can help him out but breh should be talking to TO, Larry Fitz, Playmaker, Megatron etc. Big receivers aren't as "sudden" and quick in/out of breaks, so they really gotta be technicians and learn to use their size effectively.

It's tough when Nabers and Thomas both look better than him by the eye test... also depending on how you feel about McCackey he's been really good too

I'm on the record as saying Murray is the problem in Arizona, that midget is never gonna get the job done

Yeah it's too early and like you said, the Giants force feed Nabers. Marvin has a personality that doesn't demand the ball whereas Malik doesn't.
