Beli and Pop are both masters at what they do and without them, their teams wouldn't be the same so Idk :patrice:
Last year I would have laughed at the question. But after being more focused on the NBA and seeing just how bad a mediocre coach can hamstring a talented roster....especially with the game of 7. The better coach prevails. ALOT.

I think unlesS they have an overload of talent, coaching in the NBA may be more important. I feel like there's so many coordinators and coaches in the NFL that the HC spot is less tactical like and more motivational. Or more about them leading the way all the other coaches approach things. I dunno.

NFL by far. When's the last time a broad daylight idiot won it all in the NFL? I think NBA coaching is largely under-appreciated as a whole but in the NFL if you don't have a :leostare: running things from top to bottom then you ain't going anywhere.
I wanna hear who you think the last idiot NBA HC to win it all was.

Breh :usure:

nfl. i think because there is less disparity and really good coach can make a team a playoff contender with less talent. not to say that can't happen in the nba e.g. the atl hawks, but that is a rare occurrence. imo, talent most of the time supersedes skill in the nba with the exception of the spurs because popovich is the goat coach of all sports.

NFL just the fact that you have to manage 53 players and coaches.

The NBA you have yo manage 15 players and coaches.

It is just a numbers game plus the NFL a player only plays a 3rd of the time and is very situational.....that is the difference.

NBA

NFL coaches rely on Offensive and Defensive Coordinators.

I knew it was gonna be him you named. Is he really that bad of a coach though? Dude had an aging and injured as fukk roster this year. Imagine if Whiteside never emerged as a force in the middle. Dint have Goran till halfway through the year. Ehh
He's an idiot of a coach because he could never think of anything else to do with a 20/10 PF outside of sticking him in the corner and hoping he learned to shoot 3s.

Doc Rivers is an idiot too - but at least he knew to let his staff do the heavy lifting for him in Boston.

Nfl and it's not close

When's the last time a NBA team won a title without an all time great player?

Lebron guarantees you finals trips every year it doesn't matter what mediocre coach he has
