That beat got sampled and copied a ton of times in hip hop (see whosampledwho), never enjoyed it, too boom-bap monotone and bland for me

How's It Goin' Down, For My Dogs and Let Me Fly (maybe needed better mixing/editing) are 3 of the greatest rap beats ever

Everything is classic, and Dame Grease and P.K. produces everything on here except for the Anthem (Swizz) and the Intro and Crime Story (Irv Gotti).

• Dame Grease did Get At Me Dog, Let Me Fly, Damien, ATF, For My Dogs, I Can Feel It, The Convo, and Done Started Something

• PK did fukkin With D, Look Through My Eyes, X Is Coming, How’s It Goin Down, and Stop Being Greedy

Honestly both but I give the edge to grease.

Dame Grease, I don't know if the story is out there as to why Dame & PK faded to the background in the releases after his debut but X should have worked with them more. Especially Dame since he still was giving out heat to other rappers afterwards.

Swizz produced the biggest song on the album, he was also the dean’s nephew and he got favoritism. Unlike most people I think swizz is a dope producer, but X had a thing with PK and Dame.
