Lyricism takes on a different definition in hip-hop.
Delivery gives a rapper something else to offer in the totality of song making but does not make them lyrical.
I just strongly disagree. A line can be transformed based on the delivery of it from complete to trash, to lyrical genius. Especially in the case of music where sound is being used to trigger emotions.
