Definitely get the Andis T-Outliner. I’ve been using it on my face for years, and never got a bump.

Now my neck is a different story. With certain areas, you still have to be mindful of which direction your hair grows, when you’re shaving.

I just stopped shaving altogether

I stopped using razors for my neck area and face. Always get bumps.

I just use basic ass Gillette razors for my head and finish off with tea tree oil.

For my face.. just to prevent a neckbeard, just a a basic ass Walmart razor. Since my andis broke after I dropped it :mjcry:

Are you going with or against the grain? I can't count one hand the amount of times I have had razor bumps, and when I encounter people that get them with every shave, they are usually shaving against the grain, which is a recipe for inflammation.
How do you shave against the grain in that neck area? That 4c hair just grows in whatever direction it wants to it seems to me

Don't obsess over getting close shave.

Biggest mistake I made when I was young.

Just cop you an Andis outliner and call it a day.
