We don't quite fit in any region 100%. Southern folks say "nah". We're not Midwestern or Western so...

I have not ever considered Texas anything but the South

Oklahoma the one state that I think doesn’t truly have a region but it would be more Midwest than anything, actually dame goes for the states above it, ND SD and NE

Midwest but currently live in the West and claim it as if I grew up there just like Pac

I was born and raised in NY but moved down to GA when I was 16 so according to the brehs who say Pac from the west coast I’m technically from the south

I used to and still kinda do claim NY and GA but ever since GA blew up in hip hop around the mid 2000s I fell back and mainly claim NY so I don’t look like I’m trying to capitalize off them blowing up

I'm always gonna be a Californian, life started in Sacramento and Los Angeles. Some things never leave you and most of my family is still in both cities...

But I been doing this South/East Coast thing half my life now, and I enjoy most of out here. Really only have a scattering of family between WNY, North Carolina, Metro Atlanta and Orlando---->and the only biological family on this side is a brother in NC, two brothers and my mom in GA. Got plenty of blood relatives in Arkansas and a handful in San Antonio...

Consider myself an adopted southerner, though I spent way more time in VA than NC where I currently am, and the parts of VA I'm from are more of an East Coast/South blend than purely southern...

NC is southern all the way thru and I fukk with it, rather be back in Virginia but it's far from terrible here. So yeah I see myself as a transplanted Californian/adopted East Coaster/Southerner...

This board has a pretty good balance of regional representation...
