A couple of rule changes:

Baseball: Just let the batter take the base if you're intentionally walking them.
Football: Teams can only return kickoffs at the start of a game, returning from halftime or in overtime. Other than that, you get the ball at the 25 yard line.

Most frustrations come from rules not being enforced properly.

That said, the Tuck Rule is the single greatest abomination in sports history. And if human beings ever manage to invent a functional time machine, then it is my deepest wish that they go back to January 19, 2002 and correct that travesty on the spot.
I don't want to hear shyt about no goddamn "it was called right by the refs". No it wasn't.

It was a fumble. There's no such thing as a "tuck rule". It's very clear. Unless the ball is going forward, it's a fumble. It has always been a fumble. It will always be a fumble.
It was a motherfukking fumble.

Anybody claiming otherwise a fakkit Pats fan or has never played football in their goddamn lives.

clarify that a foul is deliberately striking holding pushing or tripping an opponent not all contact is a foul

take the 5second backdown outta there because fukk you if you're frail call another defender or switch off

of course kill the zone clogging up the lanes and keeping the ball out the post every team shouldn't have to live and die by the three ball

Tuck Rule is already gone.

In March 2013, the NFL competition committee proposed that league owners eliminate the tuck rule.[7] The owners abolished the rule with a 29-1 vote at the 2013 annual meeting in Phoenix on March 20, 2013.[8] The only team to vote against the elimination of the tuck rule was the Pittsburgh Steelers, while the New England Patriots and Washington Redskins abstained from the vote. Afterwards, referring obliquely to the 2002 Tuck Rule Game, Patriots owner Robert Kraft said, "I love the tuck rule, and forever will, and I know [longtime Raiders owner] Al Davis, may he rest in peace, is probably smiling.[9]

The current rule reads:

Passer Tucks Ball. If the player loses possession of the ball during an attempt to bring it back toward his body, or if the player loses possession after he has tucked the ball into his body, it is a fumble.

One rule that I've always hated was the possession arrow in college basketball, I'd get rid of that shyt real quick.
