I think a lot of shyt needs to be discussed, rationally, even if it cuts deep, starting with institutionalized racism.
Question, tho: You think black-on-black crime is being blow out of proportion?

In a city that has a black majority, yes it would be blown out of proportion.
Too bad Milwaukee ain't one of them. This is yet another case of enforcement being focused in black communities.
You don't hear too much about Sheboygan in my state, which is just as crazy as Milwaukee, Racine which is just as crazy as Milwaukee if not crazier. Wonder why that is??
Black-on-black crime is bad, just like any other type of crime. It is certainly an issue in black neighborhoods and is talked about ALL the time. Nobody "ignores" it.
That is not the issue at hand and does not justify excessive use of force by cops. To keep bringing it up is a deflection.
