I don’t know if they’re scamming, but I don’t trust anyone who flaunts fancy cars and sells an overpriced course. They probably make more off of courses than anything else.

Yup, looks so. Plus, I'm gonna just take a guess and say they may have some type of kickback program for the businesses that they help "launch". Crazy that its something about helping people with health issues, but their website just talks about owning your own business.

Probably Medicaid Personal Care Services fraud based on them "helping disabled people" blah, blah, blah.
They are probably over billing on what they did. The feds know exactly how much money you should make providing that service and if you make way too much money, they open an investigation. They'll be in jail for wire fraud.

They think they are smart becuase when you look at the bill rate for PCS it's easy to think you can beat the system.
