Just imagine it’s a chilled summers evening and I’m lying in my hammock trying to read a book.

And then I hear my neighbor’s door slowly creak open like a horror movie. My Face is already doing the , preparing to go back inside.

After a minute or so of silence, it begins. “Ooooooohhhhh, arrrggfhhhhhh, oooohhhhh!!!!”

And to make it worse, the neighbors on the other side had kids, and they thought it was a game, so they’d moan right back like they were trying to harmonize.

I shouldn’t laugh because that used to ruin my day/evenings. But I kept things in perspective: at least that isn’t my child.
