Talk to your neighbor
The fence is damaged where my neighbors Pit hopped over and rogue Pit were fighting. I’m wondering if I should mention it or just let it slide since he’s supposedly getting a privacy fence installed in a few months.

Hell yeah you should mention that. :mjtf: Outside of being a safety issue, you need to check if you can be legally liable for someone getting injured on your property even if it's the neighbors dogs fighting. You know when shyt happens those same neighbors will say "I don't know how it happened."

Think about your future relationship with them people, first.
Imma talk with him and confirm if he’s for sure getting that privacy fence before anything. I barely know these people and have only ever had a handful of interactions with them. Not tryna make enemy neighbors out chea :francis: but if my hand is forced, fukk em.

Long story short, my neighbor has 4-5 dogs in his backyard which a majority of them are some Pits. They bark a lot but it doesn’t bother me too much tbh. There’s another neighbor (no idea who) somewhere up the road that has another Pit that tends to escape sometimes and decides to go beef with my neighbors Pits and that’s when all hell breaks loose. :francis:

Backtracking, I don’t spend a lot of time in my backyard but back in November when I went to the shed to get the Christmas tree one of those Pits was going ape shyt and even hopped over the fence ending up in my backyard but he was chained up so he really couldn’t do anything. I just grabbed my Christmas shyt and kept it moving.

:hubie:

About a week or 2 after that I was In my backyard and the dogs were barking again so the neighbor came outside saying he’s planning on getting a privacy fence installed because he knows we’re tired of hearing his dogs act up. He asked if it would it be okay to remove the old fence because it’s one fence that’s covering both our backyards but it’s more on my properly line and I just shrugged and said yeah that’s fine with me.

Now early this morning that neighbor up the road I mentioned Pit got loose again and went to fukk with my neighbors Pits but this time it was bad. Two Pits were fighting in my backyard because it hopped over the gate again while chained and was stuck. One of my side gates doesn’t close all the way and there’s a gap that rogue Pit probably squeezed through. :snoop:

Use bear spray where the fence goes into the ground. They'll stay away
