i have pretty nice teeth but i've had like 5 or 6 cavities in my life despite brushing and flossing twice a day and using plaque killing mouthwash. some people brush only once a day and don't floss and have never had a cavity. all depends on your genes.

i brush once a day. never flossed in my life. dont hse mouthwash and never ever had a problem with my teeth. although they are gettign a bit yellow from 15 years of drinking tea 3 times a day.
