GOAT tv drama.


It just goes over some peoples heads. Its not a breaking bad type of drama, its really deep. I'm not saying people are stupid for not liking it but to appreciate the show you have to look at it in a certain way which some people are incapable of. This show is amazing at capturing life, emotions, and complex social interactions. Ill be sad when its all over.

so season 2 and 5 are horrible......3 and 4 are the best.... and 1 was just ok



how is this show considered goat? breaking bad lived up to the hype and surpassed it. same for FNL

I wouldn't say Season 5 was horrible. It's just not as good as the other 4 seasons.

Season 4 is probably the best season of TV ever, and Season 2 is a LOT better the second time you watch it. A lot of people didn't like it at first because the transition from the streets to the docks was so jarring.

Mad Men is great, but it does have some boring spots. I hated the whole Don Draper identity storyline, felt like it dragged down the show. Now that it's passed that the show has been on an immaculate roll...probably the only series to get better this late in the game.

The Wire is still the GOAT but this show gives it the best competition.

I only watch it for Joan , but I think I will finish the show since I've made it into season 2 and a bit curious now that the characters are starting to get developed. It takes a while to get into.

I'm on season 2. Let me guess. Everybody hates Don Draper's wife. I don't have an issue with her. At times this feels like a soap offer with him having sex with all types of whores.

I love this show but it's really hard to explain why. When I started watching it I thought it would be boring as fukk based on the description but I got into it really quickly. I still can't explain what makes it good, though.

If you have ADD or don't like character driven shows you should avoid it. Don't even start it.

It really is one of the best shows on TV though

If you're four episodes in, I'd say finish the first season and see how you feel. If you're not invested after that, then it's not for you. Forcing yourself to watch this show will not be rewarding. That said, there's no better writing, character progression, or setting(Downton Abbey is close(yeah I watch Downton Abbey, nikkas)) on television. 10 different people can sit and watch an episode together and all 10 can come away from it with a different interpretation of what they were trying to convey. It's intriguing on a ton of different levels.
