I am pretty sure I can still log into the Rockstar Servers if I have steam set to offline mode. Bad Company 2 as well.

I activated "Alice Madness Returns" with steam offline as well.

Dog just stfu and make sure you cancel all the debit and credit cards you had tied to your PSN account.
