He's clearly improved as a player, he's gotten a lot better off the dribble and no longer settles for long 2s. When he plays the team is significantly better and I would consider his play in the postseason the past two years the main reason for the deep playoff runs the Wizards made. And despite being in the league for four years he is only 22.
That said, it is obvious that he will always have injury issues. He has not played a full season in his four years in the league and in a season in which he vowed to be healthy it seems he's missed more games than ever. He also recently said he will always be on a minute restriction
