We talking from a skill standpoint? Obviously certain sports have more of a physical requirement than others. You could argue it's hardest to be an NBA center for example because if you're not born gifted and 7' tall you might as well fukk off

Boxing. There's a reason why all the star boxers started out when they were like 10. They spend 6-8 years straight sparring and learning technique and getting themselves physically prepared and even then, they STILL spend another 2-4 years in the amateur circuit gaining experience.

Mike Tyson and Bernard Hopkins were exceptions, but Mike still started when he was 12 iirc and Bernard was boxing at an earlier age than that.
