Money laundering joints. We got a random ass watch repair joint that nobody goes to, at a strip mall with $5k minimum rent useless ass Armenian bakery with the same situation with probably the same or more $$ rent

seriously though I actually wonder about thrift stores/consignment boutique shops that stay in business while operating in prime real estate in downtown/midtown sacramento.

i know they get donations and shyt so everything they sell is at profit. but i used to walk past them shops everyday when i went into the office and i never saw more than a couple people shopping in them (if anyone at all). no way they were flipping enough shyt to pay that rent for that location lol

There’s a “high end” clothing store here in Brooklyn in the hood that I’m 100% certain is a front. Run by some Russians. There’s no customers in there 98% of the time yet they’re open daily and survived the pandemic shutdown been open for years.

I might pop in on Monday. The clothes doesn’t look bad ngl
