Dre NEVER liked Pac...shyt that nikka even told Suge to leave Pain and Pour Out A Lil Liquor off the Above The Rim soundtrack so they wouldn't have to pay Pac lol

so u can imagine that Dre wasnt exactly happy when Suge brought up the idea of bailing out Pac and signing him to Death Row.
Suge always liked Pac so he basically went behind Dre's back and signed him anyways. Dre was pissed..and he even told Snoop to stop hanging around Pac. Thats why him and Snoop kinda fell out aswell

you could tell that these two didnt fukk with eachother i mean look at how Pacs whole demeanor changes as soon as Dre comes in.
he had the :pachaha: face the whole time before that nikka Dre showed up

Was it just because Suge had his issues with Dre and Pac was just speaking for Suge or was it something else?

1.Dre made the right decision. He's still alive and worth at least 500 million

2.Death row was ripping Pac off,so he had to keep his ass in the studio just to feed himself.I read somewhere that when Tupac died he had less than 200k and own no assets.

To be fair, nobody questions how Interscope probably ripped him off too.

He had alot of debts im sure with all the cases, lawsuits &
expenses. All while not working as much as he could have being that he was going threw cases, being in jail, shot etc.

BUT, of course he had less than 200K. For the millionth time, a record deal is NOT a gift. Its a loan. He had a HUGE rollout for All Eyez On Me for example. Which costs alot of money. Then who you think had to pay money back for paying his bail? I could go on & on.

Not sayin Death Row didnt rip him off, but lets look at it from another angle here.

I don't disagree with you at all...

The entertainment industry is filled with debt and sharecropping contracts. The minute you sign a contract, you're in dept. And they try to keep you in debt for the rest of your life.I just thought Tupac would've respected Dre more for being his own man.But I guess Tupac was too caught up in his own drama. However, even if Pac supported Dre's move,he would never acknowledge it publicly. His loyalty was with the man who bailed him out(Suge),even if that loyalty played a role in his death.

Dre was never really interested in working with established artists anyhow. Dre likes to take an unknown with talent and craft him/her into a star. That's probably why the firm flopped. Dre is more then just handing a tight beat to an established artist. He's not (just) a beat maker he's a record producer. Dre made Snoop, Daz, Kurupt, Rage, RBX, Eazy, & Eminem. He didn't wanna work with Hammer, 2 Pac, etc.. Hell, he didn't even wanna work with Michael Jackson.

Honestly, I doubt Dre tried to block Pac on the Above the Rim sndtrk. I doubt gave 2 shyts about that record at all. That was a Suge/Interscope project and Pac was in the movie. Of course he's going to be on there. The only comp dre put in work on was the Murder Was the Case "sndtrk."
