Cons- humid and moistAF in the summer, random ass weather( 70 degrees with sunshine, then 58 with some hail, 88 partially cloudy with rain.

Pros- being around a lot of black excellence, bad bytches, good schools, nice neighborhoods, good bus,trains

Music - New Orleans Bounce, Brass, Jazz, Zydeco, the BR to Shreveport Jig, Blues. I'm a DJ, easy money.
Culture - Real Black People
Black Enterprenuer (you can start a business with little to no money) Lease building easily.

Cons:
Crime - everyone has a gun and they will use it
Summer- too hot and humid
