Jay and Dame gave him every tool to become his own boss. I’d go as far to say he had MORE gifted to him to capitalize on than Ross but everybody doesn’t have that disposition or inherent desire. Like Prop Joe said about Marlo “it ain’t easy civilizing this mf”.

Beans doesn't make the type of music that would ever catch on like that to the mainstream, outside of a couple of tracks here and there. His biggest tracks were street anthems...even with Jigga. Beans was never gonna be above Styles level. He can't even crossover to the non-hood chicks.

He's too gutter, doesn't have the superstar aura or mainstream charisma.

That’s basically what I feel when I see herbs always trying to get street dudes to do dirt in the name of the community. Case in point, Zimmerman.
