cant be having certs and bad breath brothers, hit that dentist and get your chompers cleaned every 6 months, brush 2-3 times a day, floss and get your mouthwash game on point.

Its a shocking reality for friends when they go for dental evaluations and they recommend scrubbing underneath their gums to remove mouth poop. When your breath smells, when your breath smells friend? What you're smelling is plaq some of which can become so hardened that it cakes onto your teeth and requires special instruments to remove. It can also get Under your gums, and harden and cause buildup which will cause your gums to enflame and bleed when you brush your teeth. Alot of people have to learn these realities the hard way. Please floss and if you havnt been to the dentist in a while please get a deep gum cleaning and get the poop cleaned from under your gums. Rub your teeth with your finger then smell your finger. If it smells like sour butt Its time to make it right and go to that dentist. I mean technically, you could be cavity free by flossing, using listerine and brushing your teeth with no toothpaste. Obviously you need a whitener at some point to keep the yellow away but cavities often start between your teeth not on the surface. Lets be better yall.

You dont want to be in your early 30's financing a BMW to make your teeth look pretty again.

Once plaq has hardened on your teeth underneath your gums you CANNOT get it off with floss and Listerine will not melt it. You HAVE to go to the dentist to get it off. You have dried up solid turds in your mouth.

I find sensodyne to be a very effective toothpaste. arm & hammer is good bang for your buck also...


that right there is hands down the best mouthwash you can get, i can eat doritos and 5 minutes later you wont be able to tell
